When Patrician was new on Sodor, she was ignored by the other engines for borrowing and pulling Isabel and Dulcie without Oliver's permission or knowledge, and took Billy's coal. The matter was resolved after she saved both Oliver and Billy from nearly having a nasty accident on the cross-points and she was rewarded with two new coaches.
When Patricia was new to Sodor, they make a shed for her at Arlesburgh Shed. But she often michevious, and plays tricks. She sometimes does a sexy growl, laughs and originally whispers "Shh!!", Duck solves the mystery by finding out who made a shed at Arlesburgh Shed. Duck tells the viewers that there are himself, Oliver, Donald & Douglas, except they'd forgotten about Patricia. Duck, Donald & Douglas welcomes her to The Little Western. Now Patricia can sleep in her shed next to Oliver, Duck, Donald & Douglas.

Patrician teaches the Skarloey Railway to be actors for the movie. So the creators and producers makes sets for the movie called “The Legend of Prince Rheneas: Saving Princess Millie”. Patrician is played by a Brown Dragon, Rheneas is played by Prince Rheneas, Millie as Princess Millie, Duke as The Wizard of the Railway, and Sir Handel as a Pony. A few hours later, they roll the film. The Prince (Rheneas) uses the Magic Crystal to save The Princess (Millie) and defeat the Brown Dragon Engine (Patricia), and Rheneas accidentally uses the real Magic Crystal Ball to let the Old Engine to come off the track, and Princess Millie was safe, and they had a celebration. The director yells “Cut! That’s A Wrap!” And the movie is all finished. But Patricia needs back on track. So Duck brings the Breakdown Crane to put her back on track.
